Eligibility
To be eligible for these services individuals must meet certain household size and 30-day gross income requirements, please refer to guidelines below or call agency for assistance determining eligibility.On November 1, all income eligible households may apply. The LIHEAP DVP Program will be resuming October 1st to October 31st for the following households and populations:. Households with an older adult, age 60 and over;. Households with a person living with a disability;. Families with children aged 5 and under;. Application process
For all locations, please call ahead to schedule an appointment. For the main office/Back of the Yards location, please call (773) 538-4957. Their hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm for in-person appointments, and Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 7:00pm for remote appointments. Additional appointments are available the 2nd and 4th Sunday of every month, please call to schedule.For the South Chicago office location, please call (872) 218-4881. Their in-office appointment hours are Monday and Tuesday from 10:00am to 7:00pm and Thursdays from 10:00am to 4:00pm. Their remote appointment hours are Wednesday through Friday from 10:00am to 7:00pm.For the City West/North Lawndale office location, please call (773) 787-9801. Their in-office appointment hours are Tuesday and Wednesday from 10:00am to 3:00pm. Their remote appointment hours are Thursday through Friday from 10:00am to 3:00pm.

New Eclipse Community Alliance provides assistance with applying to CEDA's various utility bill payment and energy services programs. This includes the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), Peoples Gas Share the Warmth (Chicago residents only), City of Chicago Utility Billing Relief (UBR) (Chicago residents only), Home Weatherization, and Energy Saving Kits.On November 1, all income eligible households may apply.
