Eligibility
Veterans must have served at least one day of active duty (or some basic training), have any discharge status other than "dishonorable" or "court martial" and be at or under the 30% AMI requirement; If there is no wait-list, veterans with 50% AMI or less will be considered
Required documents
At the time of intake, if possible, bring valid ID, verification of income (SSI award letter, paycheck stub, etc.), Social Security card, DD 214, birth certificate
These documents are not required for entry into the program, they can be ordered/obtained at any time

Application process
Call to verify eligibility; Once this has been completed, a case manager will contact the veteran to make an appointment for an intake; Veterans may present at any Access Point in Omaha, Council Bluffs to complete an assessment and be placed on the By-Name-List

Special Programs
- Military Connected
Provides Emergency Housing, Rapid Rehousing, and Homeless Prevention services to eligible veterans and their families. Temporary financial assistance, navigation, case management, and connection to other appropriate services and programs will be provided by a supportive team.
