Children from birth to 5 years of age; Household income guidelines apply; Limited private pay tuition available for ages 3-5 years.
Required documents
Proof of child's age (birth certificate)
Photo ID for Parent/Legal Guardian
Proof of income (W2,1-months’ worth pays stubs, SSI, SNAP or TANF award letter)
Proof of address (utility bill, lease agreement with name on it)
Current Immunization Record for each child and Health Insurance Card.
