Provides resilience training to enhance positive behaviors and protective factors that support sustained personal readiness and resiliency through education and skill-building. The training equips participants with intellectual and emotional tools to optimize long-term health, performance, and deployment readiness. Additionally, offers a Suicide Prevention Program aimed at reducing suicide risk among Soldiers, Army Civilians, and Family members through early identification and intervention strategies. 

The program includes access to immediate assistance via suicide prevention hotlines, which provide support for individuals experiencing suicidal feelings or those concerned about others. Hotline services include crisis assessment, resource mobilization, and emergency intervention as needed, available through telephone, email, chat, and text. These initiatives collectively promote overall health, readiness, and well-being for Iowa National Guard Soldiers and their families.
