Works to fill the “gaps” to help individuals and families overcome barriers to exiting homelessness. Services include completing the coordinated assessment, obtaining identification, employment, education, health, and other related expenses for resources that are otherwise unavailable in the community
Limited services may be available to help imminently homeless individuals obtain or retain a rental unit.
