The HUB offers assistance from professional staff with comprehensive information and direct connections to HIV services for people living with and at risk of HIV. Individual assessments will determine specific needs and link individuals to suitable resources such as HIV/STD testing, PrEP support, primary care, housing assistance, medical transportation, emergency financial aid, behavioral health services, case management, and other essential services.
