Provides an interactive, character development program that encourages preteen girls to develop self respect and healthy lifestyles through running. Curriculum addresses all aspects of girls' development such as emotional, social, mental and physical well-being. Programs combine training for a 5K (3.1 mile) running event with self-esteem enhancing, uplifting workouts. AKA GOTR, STL
