In partnership with Khessed wellness, Black Alphabet provides mental health therapy accessible for LGBTQ+ BIPOC folx in Chicago. Each participant will receive 6 free sessions. Upon completion of the program, participants have the option to continue services through other ongoing affordable or free programs.

They also host the annual Black Alphabet Film Festival which showcases films telling the unique stories of the Black LGBTQ/SGL+ community.
