The Oak Park Housing Authority (OPHA) and the Oak Park Residence Corporation (OPRC) effectively collaborate in operating rental housing that is specifically designed to serve Oak Park's low-income seniors. OPHA's Mills Park Tower and OPRC's The Oaks provide a combined total of 274 housing units for seniors who are able to live independently.
