To be eligible for these services individuals must meet certain household size and 30-day gross income requirements, please refer to guidelines below or call agency for assistance determining eligibility.On November 1, all income eligible households may apply. The LIHEAP DVP Program will be resuming October 1st to October 31st for the following households and populations:. Households with an older adult, age 60 and over;. Households with a person living with a disability;. Families with children aged 5 and under;. Hanul Family Alliance provides assistance with applying to CEDA's various utility bill payment and energy services programs. This includes the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), Peoples Gas Share the Warmth (Chicago residents only), City of Chicago Utility Billing Relief (UBR) (Chicago residents only), Home Weatherization, and Energy Saving Kits.On November 1, all income eligible households may apply.
