Eligibility

Must be the victim of a violent crime; or the family member of a person who was killed or injured as a result of a violent crime; or a person who resided in the same dwelling as the victim at the time the violent crime occurred
Crime must have occurred within five years (three years after age 18 for minors or three years from removal of a disability)
