Community members of all ages and backgrounds, particularly those who may face barriers to digital access, including older adults, low-income families, individuals with disabilities, immigrants, and job seekers; Must be age 18+ (or accompanied by a parent/guardian if under 18); Cannot be currently enrolled in a formal digital literacy training program (referrals will be provided as needed)
