  • Restricted to individuals with a criminal record limited to non-violent registerable sex offenses per Illinois statue- No other felonies allowed (includes drug offenses)- Applicants may be on parole, probation, or mandatory supervised release- Applicant and/or co-signer(s) must have a proven, reliable income source & be able to provide security deposit at time of lease signing
