Eligibility
Must be a U.S. citizen and Lake County resident between the ages of 16-24 years old Must meet at least one risk-factor, such as:
  • Resides in a household that receives public assistance
  • Resides in a single-parent household, or one that either parent is incarcerated
  • Youth or their siblings have dropped out of school, are pregnant, or justice-involved
  • Youth has a disability or IEP
  • Youth identifies as LGBTQ
  • Youth has academic difficulties, behavior issues, or truancy concerns
