Rent is based on income, Resident is required to pay own utility bill (utility allowance given). Must be able to get Ameren in his or her name

Provides low-income housing. Apartments located in West Frankfort, Sesser, Zeigler, Christopher, Benton, and West City. Offers Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8), which subsidizes rent directly to the landlord.
