Develops quality, affordable housing in Scott County. Assists in development of both new and substantially rehabbed rental housing as well as projects to clean and green up neighborhoods, including purchase and demolition of unsalvageable properties. Efforts are concentrated in the neighborhoods surrounding Seventh and Vine and Fairmount Pines in Davenport and veterans housing near College Avenue.
Group is made up of representatives from local churches, banks, and social service organizations, who support the mission through staff time.
