Application process
(1) Schedule wedding ceremony date and provide required payment to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. (2) Once date is scheduled, begin marriage license application on 18th Judicial Circuit Court Clerk's website. (3) Once application is completed, both parties must appear at the DuPage County Clerk's Office at address listed and present proof of age, valid identification and the license fee.
