Primary goals are to reduce pet overpopulation and find forever  homes for the sick, injured, abused, neglected, and abandoned animals in Decatur and Macon County that come into the facility. Offers discount spay/neuter program year round to low income, unemployed pet owners, senior citizens, and qualifying persons in need. TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) program for feral cats helps to reduce cat overpopulation.
