Offers a transitional living maternity home that provides a safe haven for vulnerable pregnant women and their infants, offering a stable and supportive environment. The focus is on encouraging women to become self-sufficient, and to help develop the mother spiritually, emotionally and intellectually throughout pregnancy and into early motherhood. Creates an individualized case plan for each mother that incorporates both comprehensive health services and transitional housing. Case workers provide each mother with access to preventative care, prenatal care, delivery and postpartum care, and even transportation to and from appointments. Also provides educational resources and life skills support. Works with healthcare providers to provide specialized care to mothers and babies with medical complications, providing medical care and treatment for every pregnant woman and her baby. Supports pregnant women and their babies in desperate circumstances, including those who are fleeing domestic violence, experiencing mental health issues, or experiencing homelessness.
