(1) Call to register as a client. (2) Call to make an appointment to visit the site during available hours. (3) Purchase clothing with available points each month. (4) Points do not carry over from one month to the next. (5) Each family member is given 5 points to spend each month, 1 item of clothing typically costs 1 point.
