Offers pre-trial release services to incarcerated individuals while awaiting trial. PRE-TRIAL RELEASE (all counties) interviews alleged offenders when booked and arrange for release on own recognizance for those who meet objective criteria. INTENSIVE PRE-TRIAL RELEASE (all counties) RELEASE WITH SERVICES (all counties)is a pre-trial program supervising people while on pre-trial release, including electronic monitoring. Also deals with issues of employment, housing, education, substance abuse, and more.
