Appointment Required-- Self-pay transportation services are billed to a credit card. There is no application process, no waiting period, and no medical authorization required. Clients are asked to fill out a reservation form online (http://www.specialneedschicago.org/reservations).

They offer non-emergency transit for seniors and people with disabilities in wheelchair-accessible vehicles 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. They also offer long-distance and out-of-state transport upon request.
