Eligibility
Veterans must meet the following criteria:
- Be assessed as not meeting criteria for acute psychiatric or medical admission.
- Have tried a less restrictive treatment alternative, or one was unavailable.
- Be assessed as requiring the structure and support of a residential treatment environment.
- Be assessed as not a significant risk of harm to self or others.
- Be lacking a stable lifestyle or living arrangement that is conducive to recovery.
- Be capable of self-preservation and basic self-care.
- Have identified treatment and rehabilitation needs, which can be met by the program.
- Be enrolled and working either full or part-time in CWT Therapy or Supportive Employment programs.
- Be assessed as medication independent

Provides a rehabilitation program for veterans with mental illness, addictive disorders, or homelessness. Offers an 18-bed residential treatment facility that provides peer and professional support. Services include:
- Ongoing assessments and evaluations
- Personal finance assistance
- Case management to assist with securing stable housing in the community
- Life skills education and training
- Transportation to weekly recovery meetings in the community
- Weekly peer recovery, music therapy, and recreation groups
- Referrals to individual therapy and specialized group therapy
- Monthly meetings with nurse to develop and increase medication management skills
- Learning new stress reduction skills to promote problem-solving skills
