Offers guidance on available programs, services, and technology, and supports individuals and organizations in navigating communication access and accessibility across Nebraska.

Services include:

- Information and referral to statewide and local resources.

- Sign language interpreter referral service.

- Advocacy and education on deaf culture, communication access, and disability rights.

- Guidance on accessibility solutions, including interpreters, assistive technology, and communication tools.

- Support in understanding rights and responsibilities under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

- Connection to programs such as the Nebraska Specialized Telecommunications Equipment Program (NSTEP) and the Hearing Aid Bank (HAB).
