Provides a resource center for education on sustainable practices including energy efficiency, solid waste issues, air quality, clean water, and climate issues. Programs at schools, civic group meetings, and special events throughout the community. The energy bright program is designed to help Bloomington-Normal Illinois residents and small businesses take charge of their energy use and expenses through low-cost energy audits. Services also include a community canopy free tree program which offers free sapling tree to residents of Bloomington-Normal's environmental justice areas.
