Provides HIV, Hepatitis C, Gonorrhea, and Chlamydia counseling and mobile testing services during evening and late-night hours in locations where high-risk behavior (drug activity, sexual activity, etc.) is known to occur. The program also aims to reduce harm by offering sterile injection supplies and equipment to prevent the transmission of blood-borne infectious diseases and other health complications. Supplies may include sterile needles, syringes, alcohol swabs, and sharps disposal containers, among others, and are available to support safe injection practices, including hormone injection for trans, gender-diverse, and two-spirited individuals. The goal of the program is harm reduction in whatever form that might take.

Provides syringes for safe injection practices, education, counseling, and support to overall health and reduction of the spread of disease. Needles are typically 27-29 gauge, but 18-20 gauge may be available from time to time. Trans persons are welcome to use this exchange for Hormone Replacement Therapy purposes. Also offers drug testing strips for Fentanyl and Xylazine, and sharps containers so that used needles may be safely disposed of. Narcan (Naloxone) is also available upon request and after individual completes a brief training on how to use it.
Other harm reduction services include:
-- Safer injection materials, including: syringes, cottons, cookers, alcohol pads, waters, and band-aids
-- Safer smoking materials, including: pipe covers, copper filters, and alcohol pads
-- Wound care counseling, provides education to recognize and prevent abscesses, cellulitis, and other wounds
-- Hepatitis C and HIV rapid testing (results within minutes)
-- Overdose Prevention: Narcan kits and education
-- Drug testing strips for both Fentanyl and Xylazine
If supplies are needed after hours, they can be accessed through the vending option on the south side of the building. If supplies need to be delivered, clients must fill out the Harm Reduction Supply Delivery form (deliveries are limited to Champaign and Vermilion Counties).
Offers HIV, Hepatitis C, Syphilis, Gonorrhea, & Chlamydia testing to all individuals. We offer testing by appointment or walk-ins during select hours.
Offers free Hepatitis C testing for past or present IV drug users, free Hepatitis A and B vaccine for past or present IV drug user, and individuals that have been told they have a sexually transmitted disease, and provides sexually transmitted disease screening.

Provides the following, infectious disease investigation, patient education, and limited follow-up tests, information on international travel, STD/STI education, testing, treatment, referral, and partner notification for specific STD's (including gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, HIV), Tuberculosis (TB) testing, initial chest x-rays, laboratory tests, and medical evaluations for positive TB reactors, Tuberculosis medications and follow up testing may be provided as medically indicated, Hepatitis C testing, harm reduction services (including access to sterile syringes, safe disposal of syringes, other injection supplies, education, and referrals), Naloxone (Narcan) education and distribution, Fentanyl test strips and male and receptive partner condoms.
Provides HIV/STD confidential testing and treatment for anyone, regardless of where they live, specializing in sexually transmitted diseases. This includes Hepatitis A, B and C testing as well as immunizations for Hepatitis A and B.
Offers confidential STI/HIV testing, treatment, and education. Services are provided free of charge to anyone seeking STI/HIV testing. A fee may be charged for certain requested tests; the clinic staff will review this information with client prior to testing. Clinic offers walk-in services, on a first come first serve basis, or appointments can be scheduled. Parking is available in the front parking lot. Provides health screenings to medically underserved minority populations:

-- Back-to-School Physicals.
-- Hearing and Vision Examinations.
-- Diabetes/Cholesterol.
-- Oral Health Screenings.
-- A1C Screenings.
Participants will receive their results immediately after completing the screening. No additional information is required for the screenings. If a health problem is found, the client is referred to the nearest available health clinic.
Investigation of the source of communicable diseases.
Offers immunization programs, including for COVID-19.
Provides HIV/hepatitis testing.
Education over the phone and in-person on a variety of communicable and/or infectious diseases such as pertussis, mumps, measles, rubella, meningitis, and hepatitis. Educational presentations can be done for professionals, paraprofessionals, or the general public.
