Offers to rent and sell medical equipment for individuals in need to maintain independence in the comfort of their home. Technicians deliver and install the equipment and spend the necessary amount of time teaching people and caregivers how to use the new equipment and where to call for assistance should the need arise.
Offers incontinence products to seniors. Since the office is closed, clients will need to schedule a meeting time with one of the caseworkers to pick up their products.

Offers items such as wheelchairs, walkers, tub handrails, crutches and other assistive equipment and items. After 30 days client must return item or contact the public health nurse if needed for a longer period of time.
Offers a community loan closet. Medical equipment such as canes, walkers, bedside commodes, bath benches and wheelchairs can be borrowed by calling Public Health.
Nutrition program that includes home-delivered and congregate meals, prepared through the Meal Site located on the Iowa Tribe of Kansas and Nebraska reservation.
Congregate meals are served during the lunch hour each weekday.
Home-delivered meals are delivered to persons in poorer health. In order to receive home-delivered meals, seniors must be present for congregate meals two times a week unless health ailments interfere.

Caregiver program provides a temporary period of relief or rest for caregiver of a frail elder in the form of in home respite care, adult day care respite, or respite for an overnight stay on an intermittent, occasional, or emergency basis.
Offers a Lending Closet with medical equipment, to be used on a loan basis.
Offers medical supplies to those in need. Contracts with most government and commercial insurance companies. May have waiver programs. Products are delivered discretely to the customers front door by UPS for no additional charge. Home medical supplies that are available include incontinence supplies, urological supplies, pediatric supplies, ostomy supplies, wound care products, nutritional supplements.
Offers to build wooden ramps for people in need who live in Jasper County, who own or rent a home. Also provides an equipment loan and donation program for items such as walkers, bath aids, toileting aids, adapted swings, adapted bikes, low tech switches and communication devices, bedside tables, and other types of products which a person with disabilities might need. This program also accepts donated wheelchairs and other equipment that are then reconditioned and loaned out to other clients. Also accepts and then loans out electric powered lift chairs.
Public health services include home health (registered nursing) and home medical equipment services.
Residents may borrow equipment for up to three months. Typically stocks the following items:
