BA NIA's postpartum support specialist (PSS) supports the mother for a minimum of 8 weeks. They assist mothers with breastfeeding support, provide an array of referrals, and do light housekeeping. In addition but not limited to this, a mother can receive assistance with meal planning and preparation along with childcare and attending postpartum appointments if needed.
