The specially designed Health Outreach Bus features a fully equipped nurse's office, a confidential space for HIV and STI (sexually transmitted infections) testing, and a hospitality area to greet clients with coffee, hot chocolate, and lemonade. The Bus visits underserved Chicago communities six days a week on a regular schedule, including East Garfield Park, Douglas Park, Humboldt Park, South Shore, Pilsen, and New City.

BUILD's Mental Health Program is designed to increase access to mental health care and substance abuse treatment for young people impacted by these issues. The Clinical Wellness teams offer onsite and school-based counseling, family services, art therapy, restorative justice programs, and more. Corazón's Department of Health Services specializes in delivering sexual health care services in a non-judgmental, sex-positive, and LBGTQ+ affirming setting. They offer confidential testing and counseling for HIV, gonorrhea, and chlamydia Monday through Friday (walk-ins always available) and supply free condoms and safer sex kits. They also provide referrals for other client needs, such as mental health, domestic violence, and much more. In support of the community's youth, they partner with Morton East High School in Cicero and Heritage Middle School in Berwyn to offer classes on sexual health and teen pregnancy prevention.

The Street Medicine Program brings free health care, survival supplies, and support directly to individuals who have the most difficulty accessing traditional services. Regularly visiting encampments, expressway viaducts, and street corners across the city, a Nurse Practitioner, Case Manager, and Street Medicine Outreach Professional first address immediate health needs, then link individuals to case management and medical homes.
