TPAN's TEAM program empowers people living with HIV to: understand the basic science behind HIV infection; find/continue conscientious health care and begin/continue effective treatment; manage the infection and prevent secondary infection; explore personal issues surrounding HIV such as stigma and disclosure; and become advocates for self and/or community.

HOPE (Healthy Outcomes through Prevention and Education)is TPAN's newest program for young adults, ages 18-24. You'll be a part of discussions on important health and wellness-related topics such as spirituality, dealing with stress, mental health, and HIV. Those who are enrolled and active in the program will attend an overnight health retreat at a local hotel.

Positively Aging is TPAN's newest initiative to deliver innovative and compassionate care to older adults, ages 50 and older, who are living with HIV - whether newly diagnosed or long-term survivors. Through this first programmatic collaboration with The Reunion Project, a nationally recognized coalition of leading HIV advocates and long-term survivors, TPAN will address individuals' unique HIV-related health and psycho-social needs and concerns.
