Offers after school program for North Chicago Community Highschool students. Provides age-appropriate after school and summer activities for Lake County youth ages 5-18 years. Programming includes a snack, hot dinner, and homework help. Also offers the following:

• Leadership development activities
• Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) activities
• Career exploration

Provides outpatient mental health services to youth and their families. Treatment Services include: Trauma-informed therapy for individuals, families, and groups, Crisis intervention, Substance abuse counseling, Case management, Psychiatric/medication services. Service Programs include: Screening Assessment and Support Services (SASS): A 90-day crisis intervention program, psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management; and case management. Treatment lasts about 3 to 6 months; Mental Health Juvenile Justice Program (MHJJ): Serves youth ages 8 to 18 years old; AND have had contact with the juvenile justice system within the last 90 days; OR are at risk of juvenile justice involvement; An MHJJ liaison that works with children and their families for six months and connects them to treatment resources; Intensive Placement Stabilization (IPS): serves youth who are in DCFS Youth in Care; AND are at risk of losing their current foster home placements; OR have just transitioned between placements; The Family Support Program (FSP): Serves children under 18 who need more intensive community-based therapeutic services or residential treatment services.

Provides drug users a fast-track to addiction treatment services. Allows individuals to call or walk-in to Lake County Sheriff's Offices to request help. Individuals may surrender any drugs or paraphernalia without risk of criminal charges. A deputy will immediately coordinate phone screening with the Lake County Health Department. Based on the evaluation, individual will begin outpatient or inpatient treatment. Provides a police escort for any individuals who cannot transport themselves.

Advocates for teen girls and women in need. Provides assistance for the following:

• Domestic and teen dating violence prevention
• Teen pregnancy prevention
• Career preparation for adults ("Cut the Check")
• Holiday assistance and toy giveaway

Offers a food pantry for individuals and families in need. Offers fresh produce, dairy, meat, bakery, and canned goods. Clients may receive food once per week.

Offers reproductive and sexual health medical services, including:

• Abortion (medication abortion, procedural abortion, and follow-up exams)
• Birth control and emergency contraception
• STD, HIV, and pregnancy testing
• Hormone Replacement Therapy for LGBTQ

Offers clients participating in a full range of treatment programs. To treat the symptoms, and ultimately the root causes, of prolonged alcohol and drug dependence. Services includes:

Provides support services for individuals who are at risk or diagnosed with lung cancer, and their loved ones. Offers lung cancer screening, clinical trial information, and support by phone. Offers the following support programs: LungMATCH Program: one-on-one assistance to learn about treatment options and clinical trials Phone Buddy Program: connects individuals with survivors and caregivers who have experienced similar diagnosis Lung Cancer Living Room Program: monthly, live, virtual support group led by experts in the field of lung cancer Gathering Hope: monthly social gathering for people who are diagnosed with lung cancer or care for someone who was diagnosed with lung cancer Small Cell Lung Cancer Program- education and support specifically for people with SCLC
