Services include: developmental assessments, hearing and dental screening, basic vision testing, immunizations, and lead testing. Women's Health Services: Provides wide range of outpatient comprehensive services for women of all ages. Services include counseling, prenatal, and gynecological care. Primary Care Services: Offers broad spectrum of personal and community services directed at individuals and families of all races, genders and ages who are unable to access the private medical sector. Dental Care Services: Provides primary dental care for children and adults. Services include: dental exams, cleaning, and referrals to Orthodontics.

Offers health screenings and treatment for minor conditions. Patients meet with a clinician over video while the in-person care team assists with the exam. Provides care for the following:

• Illness or injury
• Blood pressure screening
• Birth control and pregnancy testing
• Anxiety and depression screening
• STI services

• Skin conditions

Offers day programs for adults with disabilities. Offers educational classes and opportunities to develop vocational, social, and life skills. Programs include: Life Skills Program Employment Development Services Autism Spectrum Engagement Art classes (Center for the Arts) Horticulture Program

Coordinates educational services for homeless students. Acts as a link between family, shelter, school system, and community resources.

Offers the following transportation services for Waukegan Township seniors: Weekday Medical Transportation Provides curb to curb transportation for medical appointments within the township. Rides must be requested in advance. Shuttle runs weekdays only and is equipped with a wheelchair lift. Weekend Transportation Provides curb to curb transportation on weekends for travel within 10 miles. Rides must be requested in advance. Walking aids must be able to fold down for storage. Transit Card Issues a debit card to be used for personal transportation services. Funds can be used for any type of transportation service including taxis and ride shares.

Offers support groups for individuals with gambling addictions, their families and friends. Offers weekly meetings in-person and online.

Free summer school program for children entering kindergarten in the Antioch School District. Allows students to practice following directions and learn key skills. Program runs for three weeks during the summer and is taught by licensed teachers.

Provides 24-hour emergency relief to individuals and families affected by disasters such as house fires, earthquakes, floods, tornados, etc. Educates people in how to prevent, prepare for, and respond to emergencies. Health and Safety Services offer courses in first aid, CPR, child-care, nurse assistant training, babysitting, swimming-life guarding and more on a regular basis. Courses and training are offered at the Chapter facilities or can be arranged at different localities for businesses and groups. Blood Services collects blood donations and supplies safe blood and blood products to local healthcare providers. Also offers various types of volunteering opportunities for adults and youth.

Provides in-home care to older adults and individuals with disabilities. Offers personalized care plans with certified nurse aids and caregivers, including: In-Home care (personal, companion, and safety care) Specialized care (including 24-hour services, end-of-life, in-facility, and post-hospital care) Alzheimer's and Dementia care Respite care

Hosts annual Thanksgiving Open House for Lake County teen parents ages 15-22. Event includes a hot dinner and Thanksgiving meal basket to take home for all teen parent families who attend. Community members may also attend event, but are not eligible to receive Thanksgiving basket. Must register by November 14, 2025 to attend.

A designated location that provides relief from extreme cold for at-risk citizens. A warming center does not provide provisions or care, they are for relief from cold only.

Provides a full range of mental health services to youth and adults. Services include:

• Individual and group counseling
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (treats anger management, obsessive compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, etc.)
• LGBTQIA+ Therapy
• Mental Health Evaluations
• Referrals for ongoing psychiatric care treatment and support services.

Provides emergency financial assistance to residents who are in need, including:

• Rental and utility assistance
• Employed clients who have transportation issues

Residents can receive assistance up to three times. Each time must be 18 months apart.

• First time applicants qualify for up to $400 of assistance
• Second time applicants qualify for up to $250 of assistance
• Third (and last) time applicants qualify for up to $150 of assistance

Applicants are required to participate in a financial session before receiving funds.

Provides assistance with food, utilities, rent, medical expenses, and other immediate needs. Meets the client in their home and conducts a needs assessment. Provides referrals for community resources to support long-term sufficiency. NOTE: Saint Vincent de Paul provides general assistance services throughout Lake County. Individuals who do not meet residency requirements for this location will be referred to their nearest site.
