As household income increases, HACC manages an escrow account to help families build financial assets. Families who successfully complete the program will receive a payout from the escrow account to put towards their goals. Eligible participants of the FSS program may also participate in the Homeownership Program which can help first-time homebuyers with affording a mortgage.
