The Salvation Army Head Start and Early Head Start programs give at-risk children the same chances every child deserves. Unemployment insurance is a state-operated program designed to partially replace lost wages when individuals are out of work. Like fire, accident, health, and other types of insurance, it is for emergencies: when individuals are temporarily or permanently out of a job or if they work less than full time because of a lack of work.The program ensures that, if individuals meet the eligibility requirements of the law, they will have some income while they are looking for a job, up to a maximum of 26 full weeks in a one-year period, depending on when the claim was established. Unemployment insurance, however, cannot and does not protect individuals against wage losses while they are absent from work due to illness or while they are idle by choice.

The campus is made up of 2 intermediate care buildings and a community day services program that serves adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities who have medically complex needs. Both intermediate care facilities offer the support that helps residents live as independently as possible in a safe, home-like environment.

Chicago Public Library offers YOUmedia digital learning spaces where teens can hang out, mess around and geek out. All YOUmedia locations have laptops, cameras, music, and gaming equipment, and some YOUmedia locations have 3D printers, vinyl cutters, and more. It's an open environment where you choose what you want to do and skilled library staff provides coaching and assistance.

Oak Park Township offers Financial Assistance Scholarships (FAS) for youth, to assist them in participating in activities and/or programs they are financially unable to access. Funds can be used for costs relating directly to registration and participant fees only.

Chicago Park District offers a 6-week long summer day camp where youth can engage in sports, arts, fitness, and outdoor activities. Ideas of civic engagement, environmental awareness, inclusion, collaboration & team building, brain play, reflection & journaling, and friendship & kindness are woven into the camp experience. Orland Township is an Access to Care registration site.Access to Care is a non-profit primary health care program for low-income, uninsured individuals living in suburban Cook County and northwest Chicago. The Access to Care program is administered by the Suburban Primary Health Care Council. The program is a unique public/private partnership making primary health care and the ancillary pharmacy, laboratory, and radiology services available to low-income individuals. Access to Care provides affordable diagnosis and treatment for illness to individuals and families for a small co-payment per doctor visit, procedure, or prescription medication. Public funding and private providers form the public/private partnership.

House of the Good Shepherd provides on-site therapy services for the children of residents of the shelter. Children younger than five are assessed for social, developmental, and emotional issues and developmental delays.

K.A.M Alliance Inc. is a licensed DUI Service Provider by the State of Illinois - Division of Substance Use Prevention and Recovery (SUPR). For DUI clients, they provide DUI evaluations, Re-evaluations, Risk Education, and counseling services. An alcohol and drug evaluation (Uniform Report) will determine the client's treatment classification (the number of hours you will need to complete) to satisfy the court and/or the Secretary of State for driver's license reinstatement.
