The Village of Hoffman Estates Rental Assistance (HE-RAP) is an effort to assist families and individuals suffering a temporary financial setback due to the COVID-19 public health emergency. The program serves residential renters in eligible households in Hoffman Estates with assistance in paying delinquent rent, rent arrears, utilities, and home energy costs and/or utilities and home energy costs in arrears for tenants unable to pay rent or utilities due to loss of income related to COVID-19. If approved, the assistance will be payable directly to the utility provider and/or landlord for the tenant.

The Youth Leadership Council is a group of youth leaders from neighborhood schools in Brighton Park and surrounding neighborhoods who are in 6th, 7th, and 8th grade. RUSH Physical Therapy's certified hand therapists (CHT) provide comprehensive treatment for hand, wrist, arm, elbow, and shoulder injuries or conditions.

The Department of Family and Support Services (DFSS) provides city of Chicago residents with case management and public benefits enrollment through its six Community Services Centers. DFSS also funds private agencies to provide a range of support services including employment training and placement, education, substance abuse treatment referrals, mental health care, domestic violence assistance and more. Other services include provision of clothing and referrals to local food pantries, assistance with Regional Transportation Authority Ride Free Program, and assistance accessing 311's shelter intake system.

I AM ABLE Center For Family Development Inc. has clinical staff and interns that are a multicultural/bilingual group of academically trained and caring professionals with a broad range of affordable counseling services that address the whole person: mind, spirit, soul, and body.

Connections to Care provides senior citizens in the northwest suburbs of Chicago transportation to medical appointments, such as general checkups, dental, vision, wound care, lab work, physical therapy, etc.

Through the Family Support and Community Engagement (FsACE) program eligible Suburban Cook County families access dental and vision care by making direct payments to their doctors. Individuals or households can receive assistance for professional optical services, an eye exam, and/or eyeglasses to correct a vision impairment.

Gads Hill Building Leaders is a free, out-of-school-time enrichment program for students ages 13 to 18. The program provides highly individualized academic support to help teens graduate from high school and enter college prepared to succeed. Christian Community Health Center (CCHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that offers a wide range of behavioral or mental health services at all clinic sites. Clinicians will assist you in addressing a wide range of issues such as depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and substance use. They provide a range of necessary services, including psychosocial assessments, individual and group therapy sessions, and psychiatric referrals based on the individual needs of each client. Their clinicians are clinically licensed by the state of Illinois and proficient in providing the behavioral health services they offer. As a Division of Substance Use Prevention and Recovery (SUPR) licensed intervention and substance abuse treatment provider, certified alcohol and drug abuse counselors also provide group-level intervention and treatment.

Advocate Health Care provides walk-in treatment for people with minor illnesses or injuries.

During the spring, summer, and fall seasons, children in this program learn about planting fresh produce, urban agriculture, entrepreneurship, how to cook with garden produce, how to harvest food, and how to sell their harvests at local farmers' markets.

Heroes Home Health provides in-home nursing and healthcare services throughout Cook, DuPage, Grundy, Kane, Kendall, Lake, McHenry, & Will counties. Services provided include physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, wound care, diabetes care, cardiac care, and more.

Advocate Health Care provides routine medical care to all ages, including seniors and pediatric primary care.
