Family Guidance Centers, Inc. offers medically supervised withdrawal (detoxification), which is a process of removing physiological dependence while managing opioid withdrawal. However, withdrawal management (detoxification) alone is not a treatment for OUD and increases the risk of relapse, overdose, and death if not followed by medication-assisted treatment (MAT). Currently, Family Guidance Centers collaborates with two Illinois hospitals to provide a "warm hand-off" for patients in hospital-based withdrawal management units to community-based treatment.

Ideas of civic engagement, environmental awareness, inclusion, collaboration & team building, brain play, reflection & journaling, and friendship & kindness are woven into the camp experience. Bishop Goedert Residence is an affordable senior housing property with 70 one-bedroom apartments located on the Veterans Affairs Hines Campus. St. Leo Residence is a permanent supportive housing program that consists of 141 furnished studio apartments.

The Visits to Mom program provides free transportation to children whose mothers are incarcerated and are too far away to visit. Bus trips are scheduled to Decatur Correctional Center three to four times a year, typically serving children from Chicago's South Side and West Side neighborhoods along with their caregivers. The program also offers an annual Christmas party for these families.

Polish American Association's (PAA) Immigrant Family Resource Program is a partnership between ICIRR (Illinois Coalition for Immigrants and Refugees Rights), IDHS (Illinois Department of Human Services), and CBO (Community-Based Organizations).
