The Family Behavioral Health Clinic provides behavioral health services, substance use disorder counseling, DUI Risk Education classes, and treatment, fulfilling requirements from a menu of Court-Ordered Anger Management Services and counseling to children and adults in the Chicago area.The Family Behavioral Health team has extensive experience in the treatment of child psychosis and behavioral issues, including trauma-impacted disorders, depression, anxiety, attention deficit disorder (ADD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), school avoidance, and self-harming behaviors.

Group support has been a cornerstone of TPAN since the agency's founding in 1987. These groups are designed to meet the current needs and interests of TPAN's clients-and are organized by topic or target audience. Educational and mental health groups are facilitated by licensed clinicians. Social support groups are facilitated by peer mentors.

For some individuals, medication is an important tool in restoring a life affected by mental illness. Their psychiatry staff work together with individuals to develop a medication treatment plan for positive results.Their medication clinic plan for wellness begins with the psychiatric assessment. Individuals enrolled in this service are seen consistently to monitor their progress. Individuals receiving psychiatric services may participate in other beneficial GPS services. Psychiatric Services is part of the comprehensive continuum of care at GPS.

KinderCare provides various social and educational programs for children aged 6 weeks through 12 years old across its many locations.

PrimeCare Health Community Health Centers are Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) whose HIV Prevention Program (HPP) team can help with full STI and HIV testing, PrEP, and PEP prescriptions to prevent the transmission of HIV, and free condoms. Also, linkage to care and medication assistance to receive medication for free.

Please note that this location is part of a Greater Chicago Food Depository pilot group that has given participants the ability to add detailed location and program information to their map profiles. Chicago Public Library - Hall Branch assists individuals with finding job openings or placement with an employer. Employment and career development events focus on job readiness, job skills, and resume help.

The Institute for Nonviolence Chicago job readiness program prepares participants with the skills, tools, and techniques to obtain, keep, and excel at a new job. Participants will develop communication, problem-solving, resume-building, interviewing, and soft skills.This program is 12 weeks long and provides a weekly stipend of $200. The group meets in person Monday through Thursday for 2 ½ hours a day. On Fridays, they meet remotely.

RUSH Physical Therapy's team of experts, including physical, occupational and speech therapists, work with patients to develop an individualized cancer rehabilitation program to help optimize function and independence during and after cancer treatment.

Shirley Ryan Abilitylab offers a well-equipped fitness center designed for people of all abilities with a broad selection of fitness services and classes to help people be active and achieve their fitness goals.

Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS) provides services to individuals with severe disabilities so they can remain in their homes and be as independent as possible. Customers may hire their own PAs to assist in their homes, based on the service plan they have jointly developed with their DRS rehabilitation counselor. Specialized services for people with HIV/AIDS and/or traumatic brain injuries (TBI) are also provided.

Gads Hill Building Leaders is a free, out-of-school-time enrichment program for students ages 13 to 18. The program provides highly individualized academic support to help teens graduate from high school and enter college prepared to succeed. Students will engage in educational development and hands-on learning through STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) programming, as well as in a variety of recreational, skill-building, and civic engagement activities.

Sober Living Homes offer the chance to build a strong foundation for a fresh start. Located in Chicago's Rogers Park neighborhood, LSSI's Sober Living Homes are close to public transportation, shopping, and outdoor recreational activities. On-site house managers offer mentorship. Peers provide a safe and supportive environment for residents' recovery. Residents are free to attend school or to work while they reside in a sober living home. In addition, residents are encouraged to maintain participation with the support group of their choice.

Social Security Administration (SSA) Supplemental Security Income (SSI) program provides monthly payments to adults and children with a disability or blindness who have income and resources below specific financial limits. SSI payments are also made to people age 65 and older without disabilities who meet the financial qualifications.

Chicago Park District offers a 6-week long summer day camp where youth can engage in sports, arts, fitness, and outdoor activities. Ideas of civic engagement, environmental awareness, inclusion, collaboration & team building, brain play, reflection & journaling, and friendship & kindness are woven into the camp experience. Lunch and snacks will be provided. Online registration begins April 15 & 16. Camp runs June 24 - August 2.

The LIHEAP DVP Program will be resuming October 1st to October 31st for the following households and populations:Households with an older adult, age 60 and over;Households with a person living with a disability;Families with children aged 5 and under;Households who are disconnected from one or more of their utilities or in jeopardy of being disconnected from one or both utilities.
