Counseling - Provides free individual and ground support to individuals affected by cancer. Also offers short-term, strengths-based emotional support and may assist in locating community resources.
Support groups - Offers telephone and online support groups to connect clients with other cancer patients. Telephone support groups are one-hour sessions scheduled weekly. Online support group takes place using a password-protected message board format (not live chat) and is led by oncology social workers. Groups are held for 15 weeks at a time.
Education - Offers free educational workshops on cancer-related topics. Participants can listen in live over the phone or online as a webcast.
