Offers health screenings and treatment for minor conditions. Patients meet with a clinician over video while the in-person care team assists with the exam. Provides care for the following:

Provides drug users a fast-track to addiction treatment services. Allows individuals to call or walk-in to Lake County Sheriff's Offices to request help. Individuals may surrender any drugs or paraphernalia without risk of criminal charges. A deputy will immediately coordinate phone screening with the Lake County Health Department. Based on the evaluation, individual will begin outpatient or inpatient treatment.

Provides help completing and submitting applications for immigration issues, such as: Citizenship applications Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) Renewal of permanent residency card Temporary Protected Status (TPS) Know Your Rights Information Sessions Also provides full legal representation for complicated immigration cases involving asylum petitions.
