Presumptive eligibility for Medicaid can be processed by staff at New Opportunities, Inc. Presumptive eligibility is temporary Title 19 insurance for pregnant women while it is being determined if eligible for Medicaid services.

Young Families Incentive Program for parents of young children. Parents earn points by participating in healthy, educational activities that will assist their children in a stronger future. Points are then used to 'purchase' needed infant and toddler items.
Nurturing Parenting Program classes emphasize the importance of raising children in a warm, trusting and caring household.
Offers WIC (Women Infants, & Children) a supplemental nutrition program for babies, children under the age of 5, pregnant women, breastfeeding women, and women who have had a baby in the last 6 months. Offers an incentive program open to all women who are pregnant and/or parenting children up through preschool age. Classes are offered in the areas of prenatal care, parenting, relationships, homemaking, and spirituality. Attending classes is one of many ways that clients can earn Mommy Money, which can then be spent for items in The Pregnancy Center's boutique.
Offers the following: family programming for parents of children ages 0–5 twice a week; child care during sessions; parent room for breaks; guest speakers; parent discussions on child growth; evening parenting classes in fall and spring that meet DHS rules; in-home visits for families with parenting stress; parenting strategies; community resource connections; group sessions; skill-building and education; early childhood prevention for high-risk mothers from pregnancy through age five; transportation; developmental checks; referrals; case management; focus on child safety, child health, and positive parenting.

Provides a specialized text messaging platform that delivers childhood development resources to parents and other caregiver's of children. All developmental information sent is from early childhood organizations that are tailored to a child’s age, family’s location, and topics of interest. Information given contain tips, conversation starters, learning games, and activities.

The Healthy Futures program offers one-on-one support to young moms including parenting skills training and screenings for child development and maternal depression. Services include: Screenings for maternal depression, child development, and home safety; parenting education about children’s development stages; and family assistance by providing referrals to appropriate resources. Special funds are also available to assist during a crisis (when available).

Also assists with immunizations and family planning.
Provides pregnant and parenting individuals with one on one nursing assessments, and assistance to connect and engage with desired services. The Registered Nurse provides comprehensive nursing assessment and any immediate nursing intervention necessary to pregnant and postpartum individuals and their infants. These services are provided throughout pregnancy and the first 6 months after birth to Illinois residents who meet the eligibility criteria.

Focuses on children as born learners who learn best from their parents. Serves families who are expecting a child as well as those with children up to five years of age who live in Fremont and Page Counties.
