Taxpayers do not need to be Township residents to use this service. **The program is open on Saturdays only from February 1, 2025 through April 12, 2025** This is a drop-off service. Tax return preparation is handled remotely. Taxpayers must drop off all required documents (see below) during program hours. They must return the following Saturday to pick up their completed tax documents.

Emergency Shelter Provides emergency shelter for boys and youth identifying as boys, ages 14-17 years. Serves eight boys at a time with maximum stay of 120 days. Offers support and guidance to plan next steps. Transitional Housing Provides transitional living program for young adults of any gender, ages 18-23 years. Serves six young adults for up to two years. Also offers two emergency beds for young adults.

Provides emergency financial assistance to residents who are in need, including:

• Rental and utility assistance
• Employed clients who have transportation issues

Residents can receive assistance up to three times. Each time must be 18 months apart.

• First time applicants qualify for up to $400 of assistance
• Second time applicants qualify for up to $250 of assistance
• Third (and last) time applicants qualify for up to $150 of assistance

Applicants are required to participate in a financial session before receiving funds.

A designated location that provides relief from the cold and heat for at-risk citizens. A center does not offer provisions or care, they are for relief from the extreme weather conditions only.

Pediatric Health Services: Provides complete care to children from birth to age 18. Services include: developmental assessments, hearing and dental screening, basic vision testing, immunizations, and lead testing. Women's Health Services: Provides wide range of outpatient comprehensive services for women of all ages. Services include counseling, prenatal, and gynecological care. Primary Care Services: Offers broad spectrum of personal and community services directed at individuals and families of all races, genders and ages who are unable to access the private medical sector. Dental Care Services: Provides primary dental care for children and adults. Services include: dental exams, cleaning, and referrals to Orthodontics.
