Aid is provided short-term while resident finds employment or waits for disability decision. • Application assistance for Benefit Access Program (license plate fee discount and free rides on RTA)

• Prescription medications, including controlled substances
• All over-the counter medications
• Medication samples

Provides drug users a fast-track to addiction treatment services. Allows individuals to call or walk-in to Lake County Sheriff's Offices to request help. Individuals may surrender any drugs or paraphernalia without risk of criminal charges. A deputy will immediately coordinate phone screening with the Lake County Health Department. Based on the evaluation, individual will begin outpatient or inpatient treatment. Provides a police escort for any individuals who cannot transport themselves.
