Customers must be at least $200 behind on their bill.

Weekend Transportation Provides curb to curb transportation on weekends for travel within 10 miles. Rides must be requested in advance. Walking aids must be able to fold down for storage. Transit Card Issues a debit card to be used for personal transportation services. Funds can be used for any type of transportation service including taxis and ride shares.

Offers a food pantry with an online ordering system. Allows participants to select products and choose a pick-up time. Provides a convenient and streamlined shopping experience.

Provides mental health care for children, youth, and adults. Offers individual, group, and family counseling services. Offers in-person or virtual counseling. Evening hours available.

Provides drug users a fast-track to addiction treatment services. Allows individuals to call or walk-in to Lake County Sheriff's Offices to request help. Individuals may surrender any drugs or paraphernalia without risk of criminal charges. A deputy will immediately coordinate phone screening with the Lake County Health Department. Based on the evaluation, individual will begin outpatient or inpatient treatment. Provides a police escort for any individuals who cannot transport themselves.

• Abortion (medication abortion, procedural abortion, and follow-up exams)
• Birth control and emergency contraception
• STD, HIV, and pregnancy testing
